Ex. Purolator for Canada, UPS for USA, etc.

Shipping to Canada and USA: Tracked expedited mail.
Elsewhere: Postal AirMail, no tracking, but with delivery confirmation.

Cheapest methods by far, but mainly spares you multiple fees
otherwise incurred from express carriers upon reception.
